Requirement

  • Minimum bachelor degree in psychology, psychologist would be more preferred.
  • Excel with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, and other statistical data analysis tools. ( R STUDIO, SPSS, LISREL, JASP )
  • Understand and capable in :

          a. Classical and modern test theory analysis

           b. Various type of statistics

  • Preferably experienced in large-scale test development
  • Familiar and enthusiastic with assessment development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skill, and eager to learn

Responsibility

  • Support Product Manager in creating assessment tools and reports related to talent management and (features of) people analytics platform.
  • Handle client problems and requests through coordination with Product and Customer Success team
  • Implement new/updated test items, calculation, and/or norm set by coordination with Product Engineer team
  • Act as a support / domain expert for the Business Development team in clients meeting/pitch to explain assessment and its utilization related to talent management
  • Design items, calculation, and report prototype for updated and new assessment tools
  • Analyze test data with various psychometric approaches (CTT, IRT) to support technical manual
  • Discuss assessment development and validation with Lead Talent Science for quality control
