Requirement

  • Final year students, majoring in Psychology
  • Excellent / Good proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Willing to join our team for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Student has completed statistics courses

Responsibility

  • Prepare Manpower Planning both for new hire and replacement
  • Attract, recruit and on-board talent by defining and implementing employer branding strategies – first impression is what matter.
  • Review Probation Period for Proper hiring decision.
  • Assess competencies of Talents and organize Training as per Accurate Training Need Analysis
  • Manage Training Centre: Develop, Implement and Evaluate.
