We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Assessment Management to join our team and ensure the smooth execution of our assessment processes.

Requirement

  • Master's degree in Professional Psychology (Magister Profesi Psikologi).
  • Minimum 2 years experience in conducting Assessment Centers Projects.
  • Preferably have an active professional practice license (or active membership of HIMPSI) and an active assessor competency certification.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in customer success activities is a plus.

Responsibility

Project Management:

  • Manage the entire Assessment Center process, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Oversee the flow of Assessment Centers and guarantee the timely delivery of products.
  • Coordinate and lead a team of assessors, ensuring high-quality delivery of assessment services.

Assessment Execution:

  • Guarantee the seamless execution of assessments, meeting quality standards.
  • Handle complaint resolutions according to established SLAs.
  • Act as an assessor when needed, participating directly in the assessment process.

Technical Support:

  • Ensure operational excellence in administering the Talentlytica Assessment Center dashboard for clients.
  • Act as the primary contact for resolving issues raised by assessors or client admins, providing standby support for technical troubleshooting.
  • Aid in the implementation of collaborative activities with partners/customers.

Business Analyst

  • Conduct inquiries to understand client requirements and expectations.
  • Communicate client inquiry results to the Talentlytica product team and ensure the final product meets client needs.

Product Manager

  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Assessment Center product.
