Requirement

Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR consulting, talent management, or related fields.
Experience in solutioning HR challenges, particularly in online assessments and talent strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for client engagement.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement solutions.
Understanding of HR technology and assessment tools.
Commercial mindset with experience in client-facing roles.

Responsibility

Understand Customer Issues: Engage with clients to identify HR challenges, gather insights, and analyze pain points.
Explore and Develop Solutions: Design and deliver tailored talent strategies and online assessments that address client needs.
Continuous Improvement: Refine Talentlytica’s methodologies and stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as product and project team, to ensure the solutions are practical, scalable, and effective.
