We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Lead Project Support. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of project support associates, ensuring the seamless execution of assessments, meeting quality standards, and acting as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree from all majors, preferably from Psychology, Statistics or Management
Proven experience in project support or coordination roles, with a focus on assessment projects.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in leading or mentoring a team.
High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Should be equipped with the appropriate devices to support remote work effectively.
Available to join when needed.

Responsibility

Lead and mentor a team of project support associates to deliver exceptional service and support.
Guarantee the seamless execution of assessments, meeting quality standards.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and client inquiries.
Collaborate closely with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
Provide training and guidance to team members on project processes and tools.
Handle complaint resolutions according to established SLAs.
Continuously assess and improve project support processes and workflows.
The position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere but will require onsite presence as needed.
