We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assessment Center Project Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing assessment center projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly within the context of assessment centers, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
Have experience in project management, with a focus on Assessment Centers.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in using assessment tools and platforms for online assessments.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Experience in customer success activities is a plus.
Should be equipped with the appropriate devices to support remote work effectively.
Available to join when needed

Responsibility

Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of assessment centers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and timelines.
Manage project and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
Oversee assessment processes to ensure fairness, consistency, and objectivity.
Coordinate with assessors to maintain a smooth workflow and resolve operational issues.
Handle complaint resolutions according to established guidelines.
The position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere but will require onsite presence as needed.
