Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years in Digital Sales, business development or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and effectively promote new features/products
  • Adaptability and proactive approach to problem solving
  • Proficient in using communication tools and technology

Responsibility

  • Maintain Existing Non Core Clients: Build and nurture relationships with existing non-core clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Hunting Non Core Clients: Proactively identify and pursue new non-core clients to expand the company's client base.
  • Operate Dashboard Retail: Utilize and operate the Talentlytica’s dashboard retail system
  • Validate Leads from Webflow for Non Core Clients: Validate and qualify leads generated from Webflow to ensure they align with the target non-core client profile.
  • Follow Up Non Core Leads: Implement effective follow-up strategies to convert non-core leads into opportunities.
  • Create Product Bundling: Develop compelling product bundling strategies to enhance sales and meet client needs.
  • Prototyping Dashboard Retail: Collaborate with the team to prototype and optimize the dashboard retail system for better user experience and efficiency.
  • Invoicing: Manage the invoicing process to ensure accurate and timely billing for non-core clients.
